Shipping & Returns

  • We offer shipping throughout India. 

  • We aim to process, pack and ship your order in 3 days. We deliver your orders a maximum of 7 days right after placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. **Please note due to current circumstances postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service** We'll regularly update you on the current circumstances & how they may affect services.

  • When you don't receive your confirmation email please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed there by mistake. If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at hello@nimoarts.com and we’ll be happy to help.

  • We use a Razorpay & credit card payment system; at checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method which will be taken through a secure checkout.

  • If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 10 business days please contact us at hello@nimoarts.com and we will be able to help.

  • If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at hello@nimoarts.com with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACED IT? Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order, please contact us at hello@nimoarts.com and we will be able to help from there.

  • All sales are final and we don’t do refunds.
